Project☆STAR is a small site maintained by Kibou providing freeware layouts. We differ from other sites in that we provide 'collections' of layouts, better explained on the about page. ...and Project Star lives! Firstly, I have to announce that I have finally managed to gain an affiliate - the talented girls at Invisus Designs :D
As for new layouts, the Gemini layout was added to the zodiac collection. The Love Story collection is now also in progress. The first two layouts added are old domain layouts so they're not exactly new. Although, they have been tweaked here and there.
In minor news, affiliation has had parts retyped, new upcoming collection ideas have been added and the links has been cleaned and a whole bunch of new sites have been added.
Enjoy for now! Hopefully the next update won't be half a year away.
