Project☆STAR is a small site maintained by Kibou providing freeware layouts. We differ from other sites in that we provide 'collections' of layouts, better explained on the about page. Long time no update! Being in the Southern Hemisphere means that I'm now on summer holiday. I hope to spend more attention on this site in the remainder of my break. The main addition to the site is the Aquarius layout. Enjoy!
